Here’s a simple tutorial for making a 3D Umbrella Craft using circle paper, perfect for kids!
Materials Needed:
- Colored paper (various colors)
- Scissors
- Glue stick
- Popsicle stick or paper straw (for the umbrella handle)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Step 1: Cut Out the Circles
- Take a sheet of colored paper and use a cup or a circular object to trace 4–6 circles of the same size.
- Cut out the circles neatly with scissors.

Step 2: Fold the Circles
- Fold each circle in four folds.
- If using 6 circles, fold all in the same way. The more circles you use, the fluffier the umbrella will look.

Step 3: Assemble the Umbrella
- Take one folded circle and apply glue on the diagonal of inner fold and repeat it for all circles.
- Stick outer side folded circles to each other.
- Repeat this process until all folded circles are attached, forming a semi-circle when opened.

Step 4: Attach the Handle
- Take a paper straw to serve as the umbrella handle.
- Glue it to the center bottom of the semi-circle umbrella.

Your 3D paper umbrella craft is now ready! This activity is great for fine motor skills and creativity.
